At PawNomad™, we want you and your furry friend to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
